Chapters Gloucester kicked off its first February weekend by featuring local Ottawa author LouLou L'Amour to sign copies of her book, The ABC's of Tease & Please: A Romance Handbook. LouLou was also very much in the Valentine spirit of things with her red tablecloth, heart-shaped bonbons, Valentine paraphernalia and, let's not forget, a Valentine's Day Contest.
